Planning consent for Wapping Hydraulic Pumping Station

Planning and listed building consent has been granted for our refurbishment and extension of the Grade II* Listed Wapping Hydraulic Pumping Station for UK Real Estate in LB of Tower Hamlets. The scheme includes the construction of a new courtyard office building, the addition of internal mezzanines within the existing Engine and Boiler Houses, the addition of new glazed pavilions in the existing roof top water tanks and the conversion of underground reservoirs, in all providing 2,502 m²  of office space and 1,223 m² of flexible restaurant / office space.
