12-14 High Road

The building occupies a prominent corner site on Wood Green High Road, forming part of a wider site allocation within an area undergoing significant regeneration. It is also locally recognised as the former location of a Banksy artwork, which has since been lost.

We secured planning consent for the retrofit and extension of the existing building, introducing thirteen new apartments above retained ground-floor retail. The scheme makes effective use of the existing structure while extending its capacity to provide new homes and contribute to the ongoing regeneration of the high road.
