The scheme replaces an existing house and retail unit with five new apartments above a new commercial space. Located directly alongside Christ Church Hendon, a Grade II-listed church, the design was carefully developed in response to the building’s historic setting.

The proposals seek to provide a contemporary addition that respects the scale, character and significance of the listed church while making more effective use of the existing site.
