This 1930s building sits at the heart of Soho, where opportunities for additional accommodation were limited to the roof level. The scheme adds three contemporary penthouse apartments within a carefully considered rooftop extension, making use of previously underutilised space while respecting the scale and character of the existing building.

A new circulation core was inserted through the existing structure to provide access to the apartments, creating a clear connection between the retained building and the new rooftop addition.
