The site on Chalk Farm Road is tightly constrained by its neighbouring buildings within the dense urban fabric of Camden. The scheme makes efficient use of the limited plot to provide two residential units and a live-work unit, carefully configured to respond to the constraints of the site.

The building is clad in larch timber, giving the new addition a warm, natural character while providing a clear contemporary expression within its urban setting.
