A new-build Mayfair office in handmade brick and portland stone with bronze detailing.

75–77 Brook Street is a new-build office development providing approximately 11,000 sq ft of accommodation in the heart of Mayfair. The scheme replaces two existing buildings within the Mayfair Conservation Area, with Latitude securing planning approval in 2016.

The street elevation is carefully composed from a palette of handmade, self-supporting brickwork and Portland stone, with bronze detailing providing a refined contemporary finish. The material approach responds to the established character of Mayfair while giving the new building a distinct architectural identity.
