80 Pall Mall is a Grade II* listed office building in St James’s. The project involved the careful reconstruction and extension of the building, introducing additional accommodation while working within one of the highest levels of statutory heritage protection.

The scheme balances the demands of contemporary office use with the conservation of the building’s historic fabric, integrating the new interventions sensitively within the existing listed structure.
