Planning approval and LBC at 78 Bermondsey Street

Southwark Council has granted planning permission and listed building consent for our proposals at 78 Bermondsey Street.

The scheme adapts the existing four-storey office building near London Bridge station to provide four new apartments, while retaining its distinctive heritage and street prominence.

The project will bring new life to a building that has been vacant and in decline for many years.
