Planning submitted at 21-31 Woodfield Road

Latitude has submitted a planning application to Westminster City Council for the redevelopment of part of 21-31 Woodfield Road, Maida Hill.

The scheme provides fourteen affordable homes, all at social rent and ranging from one to four bedrooms, above creative studio workspace at ground and basement level fronting Woodfield Place.

Five storeys with a set-back top floor, the building is faced in brick with glass fibre reinforced concrete detail and a zinc upper level. Rusticated corners and a vertical rhythm draw on the street's historic grain.

A shared courtyard garden provides playspace and allotments. Photovoltaics and green roofs support a BREEAM Excellent target.
